Ukrainian Beach Volleyball Cup 2025: Grand Finale in Kyiv!

Popov/Reznik — Men’s Champions of the Ukrainian Cup! In the semifinals, Popov/Reznik overcame Koziy/Timchenko in a tough battle with a score of 2:1 (21:15, 15:21, 15:12), while in the other semifinal, Savvin/Moiseiev defeated Bublyk/Datsyuk 2:1 (21:16, 15:21, 15:13). The final match between Popov/Reznik and Savvin/Moiseiev became the tournament's climax. After a dramatic three-set fight, Popov/Reznik claimed the victory — 2:1 (23:25, 21:19, 15:5). This victory marked a crucial step in their preparation for the European Championship, which will be held in Düsseldorf from June 30 to July 3, 2025, where Popov and Reznik will represent Ukraine among the strongest teams on the continent.

Women’s Gold Goes to Serdiuk/Shumeiko! The women's semifinals were less intense than the men's. Makhno/Makhno defeated Mykhailovska/Kurkina 2:0 (21:12, 21:11), while Serdiuk/Shumeiko confidently beat Vapniar/Shkurat with a score of 2:0 (21:12, 21:7). In the final, Serdiuk/Shumeiko showcased a consistent performance and confidently secured a 2:0 (21:16, 21:17) victory over Makhno/Makhno, becoming the 2025 Ukrainian Cup champions among women.
