🥈 Historic Silver in Warsaw for the duo Vitalii Savvin / Anton Moiseiev at BPT Futures Warsaw!

On Sunday, September 7, 2025, the BPT Futures Warsaw tournament (September 4 – 7, 2025) came to an end, and Ukrainian beach volleyball players delivered a fantastic performance! 🇺🇦

This men’s team won their first international medal this year, taking silver!

🔹 Qualification – confidently won two matches and advanced to the main draw.

🔹 Group stage – finished first in the group, earning a direct spot in the quarterfinals./

Quarterfinals:

Moiseiev/Savvin (UKR) [10] [Q] def. Andreasson/Andersson, A. (SWE) [9] 2-0 (21-16, 21-18)

Semifinals:

Moiseiev/Savvin (UKR) [10] [Q] def. Tiisaar/Korotkov (EST) [13] [Q] 2-0 (25-23, 23-21)

Final:

Unfortunately, the final match did not take place due to injury, resulting in silver medals for the Ukrainian team.

Another Ukrainian team also proudly represented the country and finished in 5th place, gaining valuable international experience.

Successfully passed through the qualification stage. In the quarterfinals, they lost in a tight 3-set battle against a Czech pair: Datsiuk/Bublyk (UKR) [11] [Q] lost to Oliva/Kurka (CZE) [8] [Q] 1-2 (21-15, 20-22, 13-15)

This is just the beginning of a new wave of Ukrainian success on the international beach volleyball stage.
